Garden studio 30

30m2 internal floor space
This is the maximum, unconsented sized dwelling that can be built in New Zealand.
30m2 of floor space creates multiple configuration options, particularly with the added space of the bay window. The dwelling naturally divides into two rooms for living and bedroom areas and is large enough for an en suite type bathroom off the bedroom. The Garden Studio 30 is a perfect accommodation solution for those needing additional living areas.

60 m2 of internal floor space
This is the maximum, unconsented sized dwelling that can be built in New Zealand.
A spacious feel has been achieved by the use of high volume, vaulted ceilings. Ideally suited for use as an additional bedroom, office or hobby room. Generous use of deck space extends the useable living area through good use of indoor / outdoor flow. Excellent use of light and a very pleasant space to be in.
